You’ll find Niptara Rural'S Development Association over in Behror. We’re located in Shanti Market on Alwar Road. It’s a busy little spot, especially on market days when everyone is out and about buying things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and get our tasks done. Alwar is a big district and being in Behror puts us in a good position to reach people. We spend a lot of time dealing with rural issues, as the name suggests. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big wooden table figuring out the next steps for our projects. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we make do with what we have. Working in Rajasthan means dealing with the dust and the heat, but that’s just life. We’ve been at Shanti Market for a while now, so the shopkeepers nearby know us well. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local association trying to help out where we can. There is always a list of things to do, and we just chip away at it every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. Alwar Road is always humming with traffic and trucks passing through, which keeps things lively. We have a couple of fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving.
