Nilay Marbles

Working out here on Sanganer Sheopur Road means dealing with a lot of dust and noise every single day. Nilay Marbles is located right across from the Pinjrapole Gaushala, so we often hear the cows and the activity from over there while we are moving heavy stone slabs around. It is hard work and your hands get pretty rough by the end of the shift. The sun hits this side of the road really hard in the afternoons, making the warehouse feel quite warm. We have been in this spot for some time, and most people around here know us by now. There are usually a couple of trucks parked out front waiting to be loaded or unloaded. It can get a bit chaotic when three things are happening at once, but we manage. We aren't big on fancy offices or polished showrooms. The floor is usually covered in a fine layer of white marble dust, no matter how much we sweep. We just focus on the stone and making sure the orders are ready for whoever is coming to pick them up. Sometimes the local tea stall sends over some snacks when we have a long day. It is a simple life here, just moving marble and talking to the drivers. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a local spot on a busy road.
