It’s a busy spot with lots of dust and noise because of all the work going on nearby. We have been working out of this place for some time now. It’s not a polished corporate office. You will see maps and papers everywhere on the tables. The staff is usually out on the sites, so the room feels a bit empty sometimes. We have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise. It is what it is. Construction is hard work and we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Most people who come here are workers or suppliers. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy thinking done early. There is a tea stall nearby that we go to a lot. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word gets around when you do the work. We just keep our heads down and handle the projects as they come in. It’s a local business and we like it that way.
