Nayantra International

Nayantra International is tucked away in Mansarovar, right near the Technology Park. Even though we are close to all those big tech companies, we are a much smaller operation at 50/57. Our space is functional, mostly filled with boxes and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. We moved here because it’s a central location, but the traffic near the park can be a real headache in the evenings. Most of our work involves coordinating things and making sure shipments go out when they are supposed to. It’s not always glamorous work, and there are days when things don’t go exactly as planned. We’ve had to learn how to fix things on the fly more than once. The team here is pretty small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a truck. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. Being in Mansarovar gives us a good base, and we have gotten to know the other business owners around here pretty well. It feels good to be part of the local scene without all the corporate stuff getting in the way. It’s just how we run things every single day.
