Naukri Com

Our office is located at 12 I Road in Bhupalpura, which is a part of Udaipur in Rajasthan. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get quite dusty when the wind picks up. The building we are in is just a standard one, nothing that would stand out from the street. We’ve got our setup for Naukri Com inside, which is mostly just a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but inside the office, it’s just the usual grind of looking at job postings and resumes. We don’t have any fancy equipment. We just use what we have to get the job done. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have a small clock that is always five minutes fast. Sometimes people from the neighborhood pop in to ask questions about work. We try to be helpful. The walk to the main road is short, and there are some decent food stalls nearby where we get our samosas in the afternoon. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny website team in the back. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. The rhythm of the day is pretty much the same all week, and we like it that way.
