We've been over at B-92 Nitaya Nand Nagar for a while now. K. K. Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is just us working with tiles and stuff like that. It gets busy here on Queens Road. People come in looking for things for their houses, maybe a bathroom floor or a kitchen wall. We mostly just show them what we have in the back. Sometimes the shipments take a bit, but that's how it goes. Gandhi Path is a good spot for us. It isn't a fancy office or anything. It’s just a place where we keep the stock. My brother helps out with the lifting because those boxes get heavy. We deal with regular people and some contractors. It’s a lot of dust sometimes. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just find us by driving past. If someone needs a specific color, we look through the catalogs. It’s a basic operation. We spend most of the day talking to customers or checking the inventory. It isn't glamorous work, just tiles and ceramics. Sometimes the coffee is cold by the time we drink it. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay open until the evening. We don't have a big corporate team, it's just a few of us. We keep our paperwork in some old folders. It's a simple way to spend the day.
