Najita Foundation

We are located right behind Mor Hospital in Nawalgarh. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because everyone in town knows where the hospital is. Being tucked away just behind it makes for a relatively quiet environment for Najita Foundation. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building we use is just a standard local structure. Nothing fancy about it. Inside, it’s a bit cluttered with supplies and files, but we know where everything is. Nawalgarh is a place with a lot of history, and you can see it in the old buildings around us. We don't have a big corporate budget, so we do most of the maintenance ourselves. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us gets a ladder and fixes it. We spend our time working on local projects and helping out people who come by after visiting the hospital. Sometimes it’s just giving someone a place to sit for a minute, other times it’s more involved. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for the day’s work. The street behind the hospital can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of living here. We don’t have a marketing team to tell our story. We just show up, do the tasks that need doing, and go home. It’s a simple, practical way to run a foundation.
