N K Buildcon is based out of Lalkothi, specifically at C 98. We handle a lot of the practical sides of building and construction projects around this area. It is not the kind of work you do sitting down all day. Most of our time is spent out on sites, looking at plans, or dealing with materials. The office in Lalkothi is where we do the planning and keep our records. It is a functional space with some blueprints on the walls and a lot of coffee cups. We have been doing this for several years now. We started small and stayed that way because it is easier to manage the quality of the work ourselves. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us through recommendations from other people we have worked for. Lalkothi is a central spot which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. Construction can be messy and unpredictable, with delays and weather issues, but we try to stay on top of things as they happen. It is just us trying to build things that last. We aren't architects with big ideas; we are the ones who make sure the walls are straight and the materials are right. It is a lot of physical work and long hours, but we find it satisfying to see a project finished.
