For the Min Of Defence, we don't really have a regular street address that we give out to everyone who asks. If you need to get a hold of us, the best way is to just use the email please. That is how we handle most of our communication because it keeps things organized and we have a record of what was said. We deal with a lot of different things and having stuff in writing is just better for everyone involved. It’s a bit different than a shop on the corner where you can just walk in and talk to someone. We have a lot of rules to follow and everything has to go through the proper channels. It might seem a bit slow to people on the outside, but that’s just how it has to be for this kind of work. We aren't here to be flashy or show off. Most of our day is spent dealing with emails and making sure all the boxes are checked. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't really talk much about what we do outside of the office. It’s just a job that needs doing. If you send an email, it goes into the system and someone will eventually look at it. We try to be as efficient as we can given the way things are set up here.
