Mayo Classes

You can find us over at 1160, Kishan Marg in the Barkat Nagar area. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. Mayo Classes is a straightforward kind of place. We do not have any flashy signs or big banners hanging out front. It is just a regular building where we hold our sessions. Barkat Nagar is always moving, with people going to shops or heading home. Our daily rhythm just follows the flow of the neighborhood. Inside, it is just what you would expect. There are benches, a board, and some old cupboards for books. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make more room if a group is a bit larger than usual. It gets dusty sometimes because of the Jaipur roads, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. We are just local people running a local spot. There isn't any corporate talk here. We talk to parents like they are our neighbors because mostly they are. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the schedules. It is a basic setup, but it serves the purpose. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a space for students to come and sit down with their books. Day in and day out, we are here on Kishan Marg. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just bricks and paint. We have a small sink in the back for washing up and a tiny area for tea.
