Maruti Stone Art & Advertising

We run Maruti Stone Art & Advertising from Shop No. 7 on New Sanganer Road. We’re situated right opposite Vijay Path and quite close to St. Wilfred College in Mansarovar. It’s an interesting mix of work we do here every day. On one side, we work with stone, doing carvings and artistic pieces that take quite a bit of time and a lot of physical effort. On the other side, we handle advertising stuff like boards and banners for the local businesses around town. The shop is usually a bit dusty because of the stone cutting, so we’re always having to wipe down the desks and the equipment. It’s a small place, and we’ve got tools and slabs of stone sitting around alongside rolls of vinyl and printing materials. It’s just a few of us who actually know how to handle the heavy materials and the machines. We started out small and just kept going, adding different services as people in Mansarovar asked for them. Most of our customers are from around here or the colleges nearby. We don’t have any big marketing plans for ourselves. We just do the work as it comes in through the door. Sometimes a stone piece takes weeks to finish properly, while a banner can be done in a day. It keeps things interesting for us.
