Marble World

We are located at P.N. 11, in the Dudu Bagh area. It’s near the New Loha Mandi on Sansar Chandra Road. This part of town is very industrial and busy with trucks and heavy lifting. Being near the iron market means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. We deal with marble, which is heavy and difficult to move, so being in an area like Loha Mandi makes sense for the logistics. Our yard isn't very pretty. It’s mostly just stacks of stone and some rough ground. We spend a lot of time unloading slabs and showing them to people who come by. Sansar Chandra Road is a main artery, so the traffic is constant. We don't really bother with fancy displays or lights. The stone looks better in the natural sunlight anyway. Dudu Bagh is a bit of a dusty place, but it's where we work every day. My brother and I handle most of the daily stuff. We don't have a big staff. If a customer wants to see something, we just walk them through the stacks of marble. It’s physical work and your hands get rough after a few years. We don't try to act like we are some big company. We are just Marble World, sitting here in the middle of all the trucks and the dust, trying to sell good stone. It is a simple business for people who need materials.
