Jack Papers

Jack Papers is over at No.5/102 in Malviya Nagar Sector-5. It’s a small shop tucked away in a corner that stays pretty crowded. We’ve got reams of paper stacked up to the ceiling in some parts. It smells like fresh ink and old dust in here. I’ve been running this place with a couple of helpers for a while now. We sell all sorts of paper, from thin sheets to heavy cardstock. The shelves are a bit bowed under the weight of it all. Malviya Nagar is a hectic area, so there’s always noise coming from the street. Sometimes the light bulbs flicker and we have to give them a tap to stay on. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the city. We just want to make sure the local printers and offices have what they need. Rain is our biggest enemy because if the roof drips, we lose stock. We keep everything covered with old tarps just in case. It’s a simple business. We keep our records in a thick notebook because the computer usually acts up. Customers come in, chat for a bit, and take what they need. We don't have a mission or anything fancy like that. We just sell paper and try to keep the shop organized, though we usually fail at the second part. It’s just how things are at Jack Papers. It's a busy, cramped life, but it works for us.
