Mahima Carrier Coordinator

Mahima Carrier Coordinator is a small operation located on Tonk Road, at B 4. This is a place where things are always moving. Our main job is coordinating carriers, which basically means we spend our whole lives on the phone. We’re talking to truck drivers, checking where a shipment is, and trying to explain to a customer why something might be a few hours late. Tonk Road is always buzzing with traffic, and that kind of matches the energy inside our office. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of clipboards everywhere. The coffee is usually cold because we forget to drink it while we’re dealing with a driver who got stuck in traffic or had a flat tire. We have a small team here. We know each other well and we know which drivers we can count on. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes because people are waiting on their goods, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy website. We just have our phones and our logs. If you need something moved from one place to another, we try our best to get it organized. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit messy and loud most of the time. We just keep the wheels turning as best as we can.
