Mahendra Chaturvedi

Mahendra Chaturvedi is located at 36 B in Usha Vihar, right near the Gopalpura Byepass. It’s a busy part of town, but Usha Vihar itself is a bit tucked away. We’ve been working out of this location for quite some time now. The office is straightforward and functional. There’s no big lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're right there at our desks. We do a lot of planning and consulting work here. The space is filled with files, rolls of paper, and various tools of the trade. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. There’s a window that looks out onto the street, and it’s a good spot to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have a big staff, so we handle most things ourselves. It means we know exactly what’s happening with every job. The Gopalpura Byepass can be a nightmare for traffic in the evenings, so we usually stay late to avoid the rush. We don't really do anything for show. Our focus is just on getting the drawings and the numbers right for whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the area and the people who live around here. It’s just a normal day of work for us at 36 B. There is a small bakery nearby where we get snacks. It's a simple, honest life.
