We are based at 3 Na 3 in Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, where Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd has been operating for a while. It’s a decent area, and the office itself is pretty modest. We focus on management consulting, which basically means we spend our time helping companies find the right people and vice versa. There isn't much flair to what we do; it’s mostly just making calls, setting up interviews, and checking references. Some days are quiet, giving us time to catch up on filing, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. The Jaipur sun can be quite something, so we’re always glad to be indoors during the peak hours. We don’t use any corporate jargon here. If someone asks what we do, we just say we help with hiring and management. It’s not complicated, though it can be tedious sometimes. The neighborhood is okay, with a few shops nearby where we usually go for a break. We’ve got a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a high-end look. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks and help the people who come to us. It feels more like a local shop than a big firm, and we’re fine with that.
