M Sancheti Associates is located in the Bapu Nagar area, specifically near Lal Kothi Marg. Our address is C 54 A 3 in the Ciwar Area. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been based here for quite a while. The office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s a practical space where we sit and go through our daily schedules. Bapu Nagar is a busy place with plenty of other offices and shops nearby, so there’s always a lot of activity on the street. Our office feels a bit like a home that was turned into a workspace. It has that lived-in feel with mismatched chairs and piles of folders on the desks. We don't go in for fancy decor or branding. We just have our names on the door and get to work. Most days are spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes, usually just getting something simple from a local spot. The light in the office is okay in the morning but gets a bit dim in the evenings. We’ve grown accustomed to the sounds of the neighborhood and the people who walk by. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't make big claims about what we do; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before it's time to lock up.
