Lotus Ashiana Township Salasar Balaji Land Mark

The office is over in Vidhyadhar Nagar near the Salasar Balaji landmark. It's easy to find if you know that area. We spend most of the day talking to people about the township and the flats. There is always someone coming in to ask about a leaky pipe or something with the paperwork. It’s not a very quiet place because of the construction sounds nearby and the people walking through. We have a couple of desks and a lot of registers filled with names and dates. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside for a bit. The landmark makes it simple to give directions to people who are lost. It’s a lot of walking around the site to check on things. We don't use fancy software for everything, a lot of it is just notes on paper. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up for breaks. Working in real estate and townships means you meet all kinds of people. Some are happy and some are just annoyed about the dust or the noise. We just try to keep things moving along. It’s a local business and we’ve been at this spot for some time now. The office stays open late most days because people come after their own work is done. It’s just how it goes here every day.
