We have our setup at G-2, Plot No. 97-A in Rameshwar Dham, which is part of the Murlipura area in Jaipur. It is a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to just walk in without dealing with stairs. Murlipura is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and a couple of computers. We have a small area where we sit and talk about what needs to be done each day. The walls are a plain white, and we haven't bothered much with pictures or decorations. We prefer to spend our time on the actual work rather than making the place look like a corporate showroom. Sometimes the street noise from the main road drifts in, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We share the building with some other families and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. Most of our visitors are local folks who know where we are. We keep things straightforward here. If someone needs something, they just ask. We don't have any formal protocols or complicated systems. It is just a group of us working out of a modest room in a decent part of Jaipur. We like the convenience of being on the ground floor and the familiar faces in the neighborhood.
