Lakshay Associates

Being in Jhotwara, specifically near Defence Colony on Niwaru Road, means we see a lot of local faces every day. Lakshay Associates is located at number 29, and it’s basically just a small office where we handle paperwork and talk to folks about land or whatever else they need help with. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home. The road outside gets pretty dusty in the summer, and the noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. A neighbor tells a friend, and they show up at our door asking for advice. We sit down, maybe have some water, and figure out what needs to be done. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. Things take time here, especially with all the government filings and local rules. Sometimes we spend half the day just waiting on documents to arrive. It’s a bit of a grind, but we’ve been here long enough that we know how the system works around these parts. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a deal looks bad, we say so. It’s just me and a couple of others trying to make sense of the paperwork. If you’re walking down Niwaru Road, you’ll see our small board. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get work done and move on with the day.
