Lajchem Industries operates out of an LIC Flat at N1/9, located in Sec 6 of Vidhyadhar Nagar. It might seem a bit unusual to have an industrial name based in a flat, but it works perfectly for how we do things. We manage our business from this corner of Vidhyadhar Nagar without the need for a massive warehouse space. Since it is a residential area, we make sure to keep things quiet so we do not bother anyone living nearby. Being in a flat means we have to stay very organized with our records and how we spend our time each day. We deal with various industrial requirements, mostly focusing on coordination and making sure all the pieces fit together. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, it is just a couple of us at our desks or talking on the phone with suppliers. We have been in Section 6 for quite a while now and it has started to feel like home. The commute is pretty easy for the staff, which makes a big difference in our daily lives. We do not bother with big speeches about our values or our goals. We just try to be professional and make sure every order is processed without any big mistakes. Some days the paperwork really piles up, but that is just part of the routine.
