You can find us in Jaipur at 111/140, Mansarovar Agarwal Farm. This is where we run the local side of things for Jubilant Organsys Ltd. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but it gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so our office is mostly about staying cool and getting the work done. The building is simple and doesn't have any flashy signs or modern glass fronts. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other easily while we work on our computers. We handle a lot of the logistics and coordination for the area from this spot. We are not very formal people, so you will usually see us in light cotton clothes to beat the heat. There is always a lot of activity in Mansarovar, so it’s never quiet outside. We have a small pantry where we make our own drinks and sometimes we bring in local snacks to share with the rest of the staff. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls; we just have our daily schedules and lists of things that need to be sent out. It’s a very grounded environment where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don’t care much for fancy titles or complicated procedures. We just want to do a good day’s work and make sure everything is handled correctly for our clients.
