Kumhar Prajapat Samast Samaj Seva Foundation

We run the Kumhar Prajapat Samast Samaj Seva Foundation from Mahadev Colony. You can find us care of Chunna Lal and Shankar Ji at ward number 28. This is in the new part of Balotra, which is in the Barmer district of Rajasthan. It’s a local operation, through and through. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we meet up and talk about what needs to happen next for the foundation. Balotra is a busy town, and our colony can get quite lively. We’ve been here for a while, and people in the samaj know where to find us. We keep our records and do all our planning right here in this building. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes the chairs don't match, but it's where the work gets done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to provide the services that the foundation is meant for. The heat in Barmer can be tough, but we stay focused on our tasks. Being in Ward 28 keeps us close to the families we know. It’s a very grounded way to work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and going over the accounts or planning the next community event. It’s just us, the Kumhar Prajapat Samast Samaj Seva Foundation, doing our bit from this corner of Balotra. Every day is just another day of trying to help where we can.
