Kishori Construction

We’re located over in the M I Road Industrial Area. The business is called Kishori Construction, and this is where we do all our planning and staging. Being in an industrial area means it’s not the prettiest place to look at. There’s usually a lot of noise from the nearby shops and trucks moving in and out all day long. But for what we do, it’s the perfect spot. We’ve got space for the equipment and a small office where we can go over the blueprints. I’m usually out on a site somewhere, but this is the home base. It’s a bit of a rough-and-tumble environment, with dust on the desks and heavy boots by the door. That’s just the nature of construction work. I’ve been in this trade for a long time, and I learned early on that you don’t need a fancy showroom to build something solid. People come to us because they know we’ve been around the block a few times. We don’t have a lot of secretaries or a big reception area. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If there’s a problem on a job, we go out and fix it. It’s straightforward work. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that shows up and gets the job done right without a lot of fuss. It is about building things that last and keeping our word.
