Being in Jaipur, we see a lot of changes happening all the time with new buildings and roads going up everywhere. Our office is where we handle the planning and the paperwork for the infrastructure projects we get involved with. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for the desks and the maps we need to look at. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, we don’t wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen every day. Most of the time it’s just the sound of phones ringing and people talking about site plans. We’ve been at this Sidharth Nagar location for some time now and we like the neighborhood. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick snack during the break. We don't try to act like some massive conglomerate, we just focus on the projects that are right in front of us. The work can be a bit slow sometimes when we are waiting for approvals, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We keep things practical and don’t spend much time on fancy talk. It’s just us, working on the local infrastructure tasks from Monday to Saturday.
