Kela Sandstones Llp is our small operation based out of 634, Hanuman Nagar Extn. We are situated on Vishwamitra Marg, which is just off Sirsi Road in the Jhotwara area. It is a busy part of town, and we have been working out of this location for a good length of time now. We mainly focus on sandstone, which is a staple for a lot of building projects around here. The yard can get a bit noisy with all the loading and unloading, but that is just part of the daily routine. We don’t bother with fancy offices or polished presentations. Our space is practical and built for moving stone. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little behind when we are busy outside, but we always catch up eventually. Jhotwara is a good place for a business like ours because it is well-connected. We see a lot of different people coming through, from local builders to folks just wanting a few pieces for their homes. The sandstone itself varies in color and texture, and we spend a lot of time organizing it so people can see what we have. It’s hard work, and the dust gets everywhere, even into the office sometimes. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people who know their way around a stone yard and do their job without making a fuss.
