You’ll find us at 75/105 in Mansarovar, right near Shipra Path. It’s a good location for what we do because it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out without getting stuck. We wear two hats here, dealing with building materials and also handling property deals. Some days we are worrying about loads of sand, bricks, and cement, and other days we are showing someone a piece of land or a house they might want to buy. It keeps things interesting, though it can get a bit messy with all the dust from the materials. We aren't a big fancy showroom with air conditioning. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. We’ve been in Mansarovar for quite a bit now and have seen it develop quite a lot since the early days. Shipra Path is always busy, which is good for business but sometimes makes it hard to find a place to park for a minute. We don't have a marketing department or anyone writing scripts for us. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If someone needs supplies for a small renovation or is looking to buy something in the area, they just stop by and we chat. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather ruins a plan, but that’s just life in this industry. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just provide what’s needed and try to be reliable neighbors in this part of town.
