Karmacare Federation

Karmacare Federation is situated at House No. 6 in Bhan Bagh, New Fatehpura, Udaipur. It is a quiet residential street with a few trees and regular houses. We use this house as our main base for all the work we do. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us will just open the door if you knock. We started this because we felt that the local community needed a bit more support than what was available. Udaipur is a big city, but in neighborhoods like New Fatehpura, people still like to look out for each other. We have a couple of rooms filled with files and supplies. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Our team is just a few local people who have some extra time to give. We don't have any big slogans or polished advertisements. We just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes that means helping a neighbor with their paperwork, and other times it means organizing a small event for the kids. The house has a small porch where we sit and talk about what needs to be done next. It’s all very informal and relaxed. We don't have a boss or a strict schedule. We just try to make sure that whatever we do, it actually helps someone in the end.
