You can find us down the narrow lane of Purani Kotwali Ka Rasta, right near the busy Johari Bazar. Our number is 4684. It’s a crowded area, usually filled with people and bikes darting around, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been operating from this little space for a long time. It’s mostly about connecting local suppliers with different shops across the city. The walls are covered in calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves over the months. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of chai and figure out the day’s deliveries. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just open the windows and keep working by the sunlight. We know most of the shopkeepers around here by name. It feels like a big community even when things get chaotic outside. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people know where to find us if they need something moved or sold. My nephew helps with the ledger on Tuesdays. It’s a simple life, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If the gate is halfway closed, it just means we stepped out for a quick bite at the stall around the corner. We usually stay open until the sun goes down.
