Konark Logistics

We run Konark Logistics out of 14 Ganesh Nagar in the Kardhani Scheme area off Kalwar Road. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood that’s slowly seeing more businesses pop up. Our location is basically a house that we’ve converted into an office, so it has a very homey feel to it. You’ll usually see a few motorbikes parked out front and maybe a truck or two nearby if we’re coordinating a move. Inside, the rooms are filled with filing cabinets and a couple of computers that have seen better days but still work fine for what we need. Since we handle logistics, the phone rings quite a bit, and there’s always someone checking a map or a schedule. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day, which is pretty much the fuel for the office. Kalwar Road is getting busier every year, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we first moved in. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees; we’re just a local group trying to make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we just handle it as it comes. We like the Ganesh Nagar area because it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city.
