You will find Kantaji Sweets & Bakers Private Limited over at A-03 in the Neemrana City Center. We are located right in the RIICO Industrial Area of Neemrana. It is a busy part of Alwar with a lot of workers and factories all around us. Our spot is usually filled with the smell of sugar and baking bread, which is nice for anyone walking by the door. We have a front area where people can see what we have made for the day, and the back is where all the actual baking and cooking happens. It can get pretty hot near the big ovens, especially when the sun is hitting the side of the building in the afternoon. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations; we just focus on making the sweets and the various baked goods. The staff here is mostly local and they really know their way around a kitchen. Being in the RIICO area means we get a lot of people stopping by on their way to or from their jobs in the nearby factories. It is a straightforward business and we do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just like to keep the ovens going and the shelves filled with fresh things.
