We are situated at 22 Godam Indl Area, unit 408. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving around us. Kankalia And Associates has been here for a while. It’s not the kind of place where you find fancy decorations or plush carpets. It’s an office meant for work. We deal with various things that come our way, mostly helping folks with their business needs or whatever else they’re dealing with. The industrial area can be a bit dusty and loud with all the trucks, but we’re used to it. Our office is up on the 408 floor, so we get a bit of a view of the warehouses around here. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We sit at our desks, go through the files, and talk to our clients on the phone or in person. People who come to see us are usually busy themselves, so we try not to waste their time. We don't have a lot of corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. It’s a small group of us working together. We’ve known each other a long time, so the office feels pretty relaxed even when there’s a lot to do. We don’t really advertise much. Most of our work comes from people we’ve helped before. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us in this part of the city.
