Our office is tucked away in Triniti Tower 5, using units 40 and 41. We are situated near the Swage Farm area in Bagaru. It’s an interesting spot to be based, as the tower is home to many different businesses. Being Kaisha Event Management Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of logistics, but our home base is quite simple. We spend most of our time here on the phones or coordinating things on our computers. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s more of a functional space where we keep our equipment and files. We’ve been at this Swage Farm location for some time now and have settled into a good routine. There is a lot of light that comes in through the windows, which makes the work day a bit more pleasant. Sometimes the hallways of Triniti Tower get busy with people from the other offices, but our corner stays fairly focused. We don’t have a flashy reception area because we are usually out at venues or meeting people elsewhere. When we are in the office, it’s all about the planning and the paperwork. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit quite often when we need a break. The commute is manageable for the team, and we like being in this part of Bagaru. It’s a straightforward place to work and it helps us keep our overheads down while we focus on our events. It works well for us.
