Our office is located at number 164 in Ghanshyam Vihar, which is in the Panchawala area of Jaipur. This part of the city has been expanding quite a bit lately, with a lot of new houses going up around us. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively calm during the day compared to the main city markets. We chose this spot because it allows us to stay close to where the growth is happening. Our daily work is pretty straightforward. We manage the logistics and make sure our cement reaches the construction sites on time. The building itself is quite plain, and we haven't done much to it besides setting up our desks and files. Jaipur heat can be tough, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going. We have a small team here that looks after the accounts and the delivery schedules. People in the colony know where we are if they need to talk about an order. It’s a very local feel, and we often deal with the same drivers and workers every week. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest record-keeping and a lot of phone calls. It is a good place for us to keep things running smoothly without the distractions of the city center. We just focus on getting the job done right every day for our customers. The chai stall down the street is our usual meeting spot for quick afternoon breaks.
