Jindal Stone & Marble Industries

Our place is over at G-153 on Road No. 3 in the Riico Industrial Area. It is a bit out of the way if you are not looking for us. Mansarovar has grown so much lately, but this part is still mostly factories and workshops. We spend most of our time out in the shed where the marble gets cut. It is noisy because of the saws running all day. The water sprays everywhere to keep the blades cool, so the floor is always a bit wet. We handle a lot of different stones here at Jindal Stone & Marble Industries, not just marble. People come looking for stuff for their kitchens or bathrooms. We do not do much talking; we mostly just show people the slabs we have leaning against the walls. Some of them are really heavy, so we use the overhead crane to move things around. It has been our routine for years. Every morning we drink some tea, check the orders, and get the machines started. The sun gets really hot in the afternoon, making the metal roof ping, but we just keep working through it. We are not a big corporation, just a bunch of guys who know how to handle stone. If someone needs a specific size, we cut it. It is straightforward work. No fancy talk here. We just make sure the pieces are right before they go out on the truck. It is a messy business.
