Janmans Prakulp Foundation

We are located at 60 Shri Ram Vihar Mahal in Sanganer. The Janmans Prakulp Foundation has its home here in this quiet corner of the district. Sanganer is known for a lot of things, but our little street is mostly just houses and a few small shops. The office is really just a couple of rooms in a private residence. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit to escape the heat. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning in every room. We just use fans and keep the curtains drawn during the middle of the day. Our work is mostly focused on the people living right here in Sanganer. We handle a lot of local requests and spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our notebooks. It’s a very simple way to run a foundation. We don't have a fleet of cars or a big office staff. It’s just a few of us who care about the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best places to get tea and where to buy paper for the printer. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make do. We like the pace of life here. It’s not as rushed as the city center. People stop by to chat and we always listen. It’s a very human way of doing things. We just keep working hard at number 60 and see what the next day brings.
