Jagat Properties Construction

Jagat Properties Construction is located over in Nirman Nagar 1, specifically in the Tirath Nagar area. We spend most of our time out on sites, so the office is often just a place to store tools and check blueprints. Building things is hard work, and there are always problems to solve, like delays with materials or the weather not cooperating. We don’t have a shiny office with leather chairs. Instead, you’ll see boots by the door and dust on the shelves. That’s just the nature of construction. We’ve worked on various houses and small projects around this neighborhood for years. Most of our work comes from people talking to their neighbors about who did their last repair or extension. We don't do much marketing because we are usually too busy with the actual building. My crew is a group of local guys who know how to handle a hammer and a trowel. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about how long a job will actually take. Sometimes things take longer than we want, but we don't leave a job until it's finished. Being based in Tirath Nagar means we are close to the people we serve. It’s not a glamorous job, but there’s a good feeling in seeing something finished that wasn’t there before. We just keep at it, one brick at a time. It's heavy work, but it pays the bills and keeps us out of trouble.
