J K Stone Company is right across from Rajat Path in the Mansarovar area. If you know that part of Jaipur, you know it’s always busy. Our yard is filled with different types of stone, and there’s usually a thin layer of dust over everything. That’s just the nature of the business. We spend most of our time outside or in the small office space we have on-site. Facing Rajat Path means we see a lot of people passing by all day. Mansarovar is a big residential and commercial hub, so there is always someone looking for materials. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is what you get. The stone slabs are stacked up, and we move them around with the crane or by hand when needed. It’s heavy work and it keeps us tired, but it’s what we do. The sun can be pretty brutal out in the yard, so we’ve got some shaded areas where we take breaks. J K Stone Company isn't a name you'll see on big billboards. We mostly rely on the fact that we've been here opposite Rajat Path for a long time. People just know to come here when they need something solid. It’s a simple operation with a few guys working hard to get orders loaded onto the trucks. We keep things honest and just focus on the stone.
