Ishu Properties

Working out of Sitapura Industrial Area means you get used to a bit of dust and the sound of trucks passing by all the time. Our office for Ishu Properties is near Krishi Nagar, right by the toll tax on Tonk Road in Sanganer. It’s a growing part of the city, so there is always some construction or new project starting nearby. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at plots and talking to people about land. The office is really just a base where we keep our maps and property records. It’s a simple room with a few chairs and a table that has seen better days. We don’t wear suits and ties here; it’s more about comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes because we are often walking through empty fields. When someone stops by, we usually offer them some cold water or tea while we look at the layouts. The sun gets really hot in Sanganer, so the shade of the office is always welcome in the afternoons. We know this area like the back of our hands, from the old toll gates to the newer industrial sheds. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls, just a local spot where we deal with real estate in a straightforward way. We talk to farmers, builders, and families looking for a place. It’s a lot of driving and talking, but we enjoy the pace of it.
