Our place is at Hn89 7 P T Colony, which is right on Gwalior Road in Jhansi. It's an old part of town and everyone knows Gwalior Road. Being in a colony means it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We at Ion Exchange India Ltd handle a lot of the local requirements for water treatment and systems in this part of UP. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s got that lived-in feel, with plenty of files and equipment tucked away in corners. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Jhansi for years, so we know the local issues with water and how things work around here. The road outside can get noisy with trucks heading towards Gwalior, but inside we just focus on the tasks. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular brick building. We keep things simple. Usually, there’s someone here from morning until evening. We talk to clients and fix whatever needs fixing. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. The colony life is slow and steady. We like being part of the neighborhood. The address is easy to remember if you’re familiar with the P T Colony area. We just do what’s needed. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to fit new boxes of supplies that arrive unexpectedly during the week.
