Influitive Skills Foundation

Our foundation, Influitive Skills Foundation, is located at P NO 21 in Major Banne Singh Colony. This is right off Khatipura Road in Jaipur. It’s a pretty active area with a lot of shops and traffic nearby. The building itself is just a standard house that we’ve repurposed for our training and office work. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some classrooms set up with old tables and chairs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they are fine for now. We spend our days teaching various skills to whoever comes through the door. It can get pretty loud when a class is in session and the trucks are rumbling by on Khatipura Road. But it’s a good kind of busy. We started this whole thing because we wanted to do something useful in Jaipur. We don’t have a big budget, so we do a lot of the maintenance ourselves. If a lightbulb goes out or a chair breaks, we just fix it. The colony is a nice place with a lot of families who have lived here for generations. We feel like part of the furniture now. People know that if they need to learn something new, they can just walk over to Plot 21. We don’t have a complicated registration process. We just talk to people and see how we can help them out. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing things, and it seems to work.
