We are located right here in the SFS Agarwal Farm area of Mansarovar. It’s a busy part of Jaipur and the dust from the road usually finds its way inside by noon. Most days start with opening the shutters and getting the computer systems warmed up while someone goes to get tea for the staff. We spend a lot of time looking at forms and helping people who walk in from the neighborhood. Some folks have been coming here for years just to check their balance or ask about a small loan. It gets crowded on Mondays. You can hear the traffic outside and the occasional street vendor calling out. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper files stacked in the corner. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend ten minutes fixing it while a customer waits patiently. Life here is pretty predictable. We know the faces of the people who live nearby. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local spot where we handle the banking stuff. We try to keep things moving so people can get back to their day. By evening, we’re mostly just filing away the last few papers and making sure everything is locked up tight. It’s honest work and we’ve been at this spot in Jaipur for quite a while now. The fan hums all day and we just keep at it.
