We are based at F 45 A on Gandhi Marg in Bani Park. It’s a relatively decent area, though it has its busy moments like anywhere else. Imrs Advisory Pvt Ltd is just us working out of this particular spot. The building is older, with those thick walls that stay a bit cooler than the modern ones. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just a small plate with the name. Gandhi Marg is a road we know well, with all its potholes and the people who walk their dogs in the morning. Inside F 45 A, it’s mostly just shelves full of files and a few computers that we probably should have replaced a year ago. We aren't big on decorations or fancy office furniture. We use what we have and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong house because the numbers on this street can be confusing, but we usually track it down. Imrs Advisory Pvt Ltd doesn't have a big corporate feel to it. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to be working together. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend. It’s a quiet kind of work life, away from the main rush of the city, and we prefer it that way most of the time.
