Iifa India College Of Design & Professional Studies

Our place is out in Sitapura at E- 704 A. Specifically, we are in the Ricco Industrial Area, near the Epic Sitapra building. If you know Jaipur, you know Sitapura is quite a trek from the main city center. It’s an industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and large buildings around us. We run our design and professional studies classes here. It’s a functional building, designed to have enough room for students to sit and work on their projects. We don’t have marble floors or gold-plated signs. It’s a school environment where the focus is on learning. The classrooms have big tables for drawing and computers for the digital stuff. During the day, the halls are full of students rushing to their next session. It gets pretty hot out here in the summer because there isn’t much shade in the industrial area. We have a small area where students can sit during their breaks. It’s not a glamorous campus, but it has everything needed for the courses we teach. We spend a lot of time updating the materials and making sure the equipment is working. Being in the Ricco area means we are surrounded by actual industry, which is a good reminder of what the students are preparing for. It’s a long day for most of us, but we stay busy.
