Ignified Youth Social Foundation

Our place, Ignified Youth Social Foundation, is at Plot 29A in Bhaskar Nagar. If you’re looking for us, we are right behind the 9 Dukan on Kalwar Road in Jhotwara. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We chose this spot because it’s right in the heart of where things happen. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a couple of rooms where we meet up. We focus a lot on the young people around here because we were all in their shoes not too long ago. It’s not a fancy operation with big budgets. We mostly rely on each other and the people in Bhaskar Nagar. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit outside for a bit, but that’s just life in Jhotwara. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we know everything. We just see kids who need a bit of a push or some help with their path, and we try to be there for them. It’s honest work, even if it’s messy sometimes. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and the desks are a bit scratched up, but it works for us. We are just a local group trying to keep the youth on a good track. Being behind the 9 shops means we see everyone coming and going. It’s a good spot for a foundation like ours. We just stay busy and do what we can.
