Icici Bank

Our bank is located in the New City area of Kishangarh, right across from the Ram Leela Chowk. It’s a very prominent spot because everyone knows the Chowk. Being in the Ajmer district, we get a mix of people from the town and some from the nearby marble industries. The office is pretty basic. We have the main counter where we handle cash and a few desks for the paperwork. It’s not a very big place, but it serves the purpose. During festival times, the area outside gets really crowded because of the events at the Chowk, which makes getting to work a bit of a challenge. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people working at ICICI Bank, helping with loans, accounts, and whatever else comes up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just standard stuff. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are papers everywhere. It feels like a real, working office. Most of the people who come in are regulars who we see every week. We don't have a big corporate mission posted on the wall. We just show up, do the entries, count the cash, and go home. It’s a practical, local branch for the people living and working in Kishangarh. We keep some extra pens on the counter because people always forget theirs. The clock on the wall ticks a bit loudly, but you get used to it.
