We are located at 61 81 Pratap Nagar in Sanganer, Jaipur. This part of the city gets quite hot during the summer, so we spent a good amount of time making sure our little shop stays cool for anyone coming in. We’ve been in Sanganer for a while now and we feel like part of the furniture. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a door and a sign. Inside, we have what we need to help people with their phone lines and data packages. It can get pretty busy on the weekends when everyone is off work and trying to get their errands done. We try to work through the queue as fast as we can without rushing people too much. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but people usually don't mind chatting with each other while they stay out of the sun. We don't use any fancy corporate scripts when we talk to you. We just say hello and ask what the problem is. Most of the time it’s something we can fix pretty quickly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in Pratap Nagar. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We just show up every morning and open the doors for the day. That is about it.
