You’ll find us over in Dhaka nagar, right on Sirsi Road. It’s a busy part of Jaipur these days, not like it used to be years ago. We are located right opposite Upasna, which makes it easier for people to find us since the road can get a bit confusing with all the new buildings popping up. Our restaurant part stays fairly busy during the lunch hour when the local workers come by. It’s not a quiet place, there is always the sound of traffic and people talking. I’ve lived around here most of my life so I know a lot of the neighbors. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for a long time. We spend the mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the tables are wiped down. The floor always needs a good sweep because of the Jaipur dust. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a place to eat and stay for a bit. The evening time is nice when the sun goes down and it gets a little cooler on Sirsi Road. People walk their dogs or just stroll by.
