Hotel Mamta

Hotel Mamta is situated on Station Road, right near the Sindhi Camp Bus Stand. Our pincode is 302006. Being so close to the bus stand means there’s always a crowd outside. You can hear the buses honking and the conductors calling out destinations. It’s a very lively part of town. We are a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The building has been here for years, and it shows a little bit, but we keep it clean. We don't have fancy elevators or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s just a straightforward place. We spend a lot of time talking to travelers who are just passing through this part of the city. Most people stay for a night and then head out on a bus the next morning. We’ve got our hands full with the daily chores like changing sheets and keeping the entryway clear of the street dust. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we have to deal with noisy neighbors or the busy traffic on Station Road, but you get used to it after a while. We don't do much advertising; people usually just see the sign when they get off the bus. It’s a convenient spot for anyone on a budget. We just keep the doors open and do our work day by day. Every evening we check the rooms again before the night shift.
