Hotel Chavi Holidays Restaurant & Bar

You can find us over on Gandhi Path in Vaishali Nagar, not too far from the 200 Feet Bypass. We have both a restaurant and a bar here inside the hotel. It’s a decent-sized place for Jaipur. We get a mix of people coming in—some stay for the night while others just stop for a meal. The bar gets pretty busy in the evenings with people from the local area. We try to keep the menu filled with things that people actually want to eat, mostly local flavors. I usually stay around the dining area to make sure things are moving along. It’s not a five-star place, but we keep the tables wiped down and the chairs comfortable. Sometimes the kitchen gets backed up when we have a lot of orders at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers come because they live nearby or they're passing through to the bypass. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened. We have some outdoor seating too, which is nice when the weather isn't too hot. We don't use fancy labels for our food. It’s just good, normal cooking for the folks in 302021. If you're looking for a spot to sit down and have a drink or a plate of food, you can head our way. We're just trying to keep the place running well for everyone.
